She did an excellent job with her cleaning but she was not fast and I feel her hourly rate is too high. She does not speak English but we were able to communicate with a translation app technology. She is nice and friendly. I don't mind having her back if her hourly rate is more reasonable.

Great cleaning! Norma may get carried away deep cleaning things and go over time, but great work. As mentioned in some other reviews, she's not the best at putting things back where she found them, but I find this to be a small hassle for the level of real cleaning work she is putting in.

Madina herself was fine and did a good job. Our times got seriously off, and what was scheduled for a 1pm start and 4 hours turned into a 3:20 start and spent a little over 3 hours. She was communicative and apologized for timing change, but it was an inconvenience.

Kevin was very sweet but took two hours to clean one bathroom. He did not bring the proper cleaning supplies and wasn't prepared for deep cleaning. We provided the mops and cleaners for him. He only got to do one bathroom and the kitchen in three hours.
