Andrea was great. I gave specific instructions about my priority areas, and she followed them accordingly. She spent a significant amount of time deep cleaning my kitchen, cleaning the floors, baseboards, and stovetop exactly as requested. I’d definitely book her again.

everything looked nice, but she wasn’t great at time management. I had to ask her to move onto the next areas, I had to ask her to make the bed, I had to remind her of the time to make sure she had time to mop. There were also areas that were dusty that she did not clean.

Great cleaning! Norma may get carried away deep cleaning things and go over time, but great work. As mentioned in some other reviews, she's not the best at putting things back where she found them, but I find this to be a small hassle for the level of real cleaning work she is putting in.

Arrived very late, cleaned very quickly, and finished early. Unfortunately she didn't haver vacuum to clean the two area rugs I have. Otherwise a nice job.

Kevin was very sweet but took two hours to clean one bathroom. He did not bring the proper cleaning supplies and wasn't prepared for deep cleaning. We provided the mops and cleaners for him. He only got to do one bathroom and the kitchen in three hours.

It was nice to come home to a clean house. I did notice she cleaned some things i did not specify with was nice (bathroom wall stains). Giving 4 stars because what i did specify was sweeping and moping floor and did see a lot of scuff marks and hair on the floor that I had originally pointed out.

she was nice. the language barrier made it difficult to communicate what was needed without typing into a phone. we were supposed to have one hour of laundry but she didn’t do any laundry. I would prefer someone who can communicate in English. I can do Spanish or Portuguese as well but Russian is too difficult.

Chris was on time & ready to go. I had written a list the things that I wanted a done and he completed it.

Unfortunately she too longer than it should to clean. Parts of the kitchen cleaning was missed. Didn't finish cleaning the sink, frig doors weren't wiped down properly, microwave oven wasn't properly cleaned on the inside. Stove top had to be wiped down in spots. Other cleaners got the work done in 5 hours or less.

She did great! Very pleasant to work with! Met my high expectations. No complaints; and hope to work with her again soon!
