Look, she worked hard for 6 hours (she asked for 2 extra hours) and she did a lot of cleaning. But my #1 request was "tame clutter" and it looked just as messy when she left. She just may not be the right cleaner for me.

I’m giving 4 stars and not five because he was late. However, he called me to update me on his ETA. He cleaned really well — better than previous cleaner. He was very polite and even cleaned my cabinets, which was greatly appreciated.

I hesitate to offer a tip because it states that 100% will go to Stanislava but she didn’t do the cleaning yesterday. How can I confirm that my tip will go to the actual cleaners. Gregory was very polite and kind and he wash his windows very nice but the timing was a little off and didn’t complete tasks in time. I had a family party this evening that I had to complete the floors and some tasks for myself. I’m a little disappointed, but overall he was very kind and my kitchen looks great.

Jessa Mae is a hard worker, which results in a very clean home. I was somewhat put out by her last minute schedule change resulting in her showing up at my door at 8::00 am instead of 12 noon which the reminders told me of for over a week. She inconvenienced me so that she could go to another job in the afternoon.

Melvin did a fantastic job! He cleaned my entire apartment in just 3 hours! He was very thorough and very detailed and everything looked great! Dina was wonderful! She was on time and after I shared what needed to be done, she let me know how long it would take and made sure I was OK with that.
