Yuri was extremely friendly and did a very good job cleaning. I think it's really a shame that someone rated her 1 star because, "she didn't make my bed." If that's the only issue and everything else was clean, that's an unfair rating. She was very thorough and my place is spotless. I recommend her.

Tina was diligent and efficient. We got through the language barrier with Google translate. She asked for clear instructions on what I needed and provided a realistic idea of how long it would take and she followed through. Great job.

Nice Yoong lady but 1) showed up with a young guy. She did ask before entering if it was ok for him to work but he was already the door. 2) didn’t speak English and 3) she and the young guy worked for 3 hours on one floor only. They didn’t get to the second. My latest cleaning ladies (2 ladies) finish both floors in 2 hours.

I don’t recognize the person in the photo but the woman and her helper, Sebastian, did a good cleaning. Sebastian was very thorough in the kitchen especially with the microwave and oven. But one thing they missed was the shower glass door and wall. I will request them again.

Naomy was really kind and fast worker. She cleaned a 2 bed 1 bath apartment within 3 hrs. Very detailed and thorough with how she cleans. She is great!

Cleaning was ok but felt it was very slow. Two people came and they did complete 3 hours of cleaning in 1.5 hrs. Math wise it makes sense but total cleaning work was not equivalent. Btw, I did add the cash tip so I am not adding any tip here.

Things looked mostly clean. A few things weren't addressed, like the grout between tiles on the wall in the shower (they did clean the floor grout, but not the wall), and some more detailing of the shower door I was hoping they would do. The kitchen floor was mopped but there was also still a couple things left on the floor.

However they were efficient, quick, nice, and tried their best to communicate even though they didn't speak English. The house smelled wonderful when I came back home. My mother who I left with them said they did a great job. So would hire them next time.
