Jennifer is wonderful. She did an amazing job cleaning parts of my kitchen that I hadn’t been able to clean for quite awhile. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely use her again.

As a school custodian, Russell concentrated on emptying garbage cans, vacuuming and sweeping the floors- he did great. I would have liked Russell to spend more time cleaning the kitchen.

Jade has cleaned twice for me. She was quick and efficient. Adapted well to ad hoc requests. She brought her own supplies. Jade is great if you are up front about what you need done. She also did a good job remembering verbal instructions from the previous appointment. So in short, she is a quality cleaner who can deliver on your expectations if you make them clear to begin with.

Great communication, works independently with minimal supervision or direction. also interacts well with and is liked by the dog.

I originally set up for every 2 weeks on Friday and she keeps wanting to change it. I can understand the need to change every so often but it is happening so often that I am having trouble making appointments for myself and my husband as he no longer drives. I will probably look for another company at the end of my 6 months.

Becky did decent work. she was concerned about the time and getting the work done in four hours, but for the most part, she pulled through. There was a bit of trash and clothes left under the sofa. We also had some scheduling conflicts.

All was good except glass shower surround was still very spotted and streaky and needed to be re-cleaned.
