For 5.5 hours we expected the fridge to be cleaned. Maybe there was a miscommunication in organized vs cleaned.

Kim was really great! I’ve had another cleaner before from here and the difference between her and that other cleaner was very apparent. Maida was amazing! She did a great job with a dirty shower I had no idea could look as good as it did and it was such a relief. She was also great around my young boys and dogs. She is very nice, communicative & does an excellent job. I have no qualms about giving her the code to my garage. She even picked up my kids’ playroom which I didn’t require. I know I don’t want to do it & they do a terrible job. It makes my life so much less chaotic to have it organized. Hopefully, now that it’s picked up, they can keep it better.

She was on time and friendly. My floors should be cleaner. There was little stains and some lint left behind, but I’m not docking any stars for her service. I should have communicated that to her and maybe have her use my cleaning products instead. Overall I am quite satisfied
