I originally set up for every 2 weeks on Friday and she keeps wanting to change it. I can understand the need to change every so often but it is happening so often that I am having trouble making appointments for myself and my husband as he no longer drives. I will probably look for another company at the end of my 6 months.

Becky did decent work. she was concerned about the time and getting the work done in four hours, but for the most part, she pulled through. There was a bit of trash and clothes left under the sofa. We also had some scheduling conflicts.

Aileen did such a good job!! I thoroughly enjoyed having her in our home, and found her work ethic to be exceptional. She is detail oriented which is so important to me! All was good except glass shower surround was still very spotted and streaky and needed to be re-cleaned.

Is it customary for cleaners to take more time than scheduled without asking you if that’s okay and then charging you for it?

Niarobia did an outstanding job she went above and beyond cleaning my shower, mopping the floors and wiping my mirror.

Crystal was so fantastic! She did such a heat job in the time allotted! I haven’t seen my floors this clean in so long. Great attention to detail. She spent a good amount on my kitchen which needed it. Everything literally sparkled and she was able to complete most Everything. She was professional and given this was my 1st time she did a great job im sure had she had more time she would of completed my entire home without a doubt.

Kimberly not only does a great job cleaning my apartment she was able to go above and beyond by dropping me off to pick up my car from the repair shop after she was done.

What he did was good, but even though he was here for six hours and I was helping him by moving things out of his way and getting things put back not everything was able to get done.

This service is difficult to use and I have no idea why she was taking off my cleaning schedule as she and I were both told the other person canceled and we did not. Sebastian did a great job, especially on my banister and stairs. Over all the house looked great and I recommend him! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the dishes weren't done. As a single working mom, I would prefer the dishes be done over the sofas being vacuumed out. That is my only critique. Very friendly. Good work.
