She also did a good job remembering verbal instructions from the previous appointment. So in short, she is a quality cleaner who can deliver on your expectations if you make them clear to begin with.

I originally set up for every 2 weeks on Friday and she keeps wanting to change it. I can understand the need to change every so often but it is happening so often that I am having trouble making appointments for myself and my husband as he no longer drives. I will probably look for another company at the end of my 6 months.
