Nothing bad to say about my cleaning but the surfaces weren't as shiny or noticeably different as the other times I have had cleanings.

Patricia is very thorough and methodical in the way she cleans. She was very open to doing “extras” such as using my carpet cleaner on my rugs and de-furring my cat tree. I would recommend her to a friend and she will be the first one I call when I need a cleaning or just have a cleaning question.

The cleaning what is great? The only problem is she's moved everything around and never put back where they've belonged, I had to go through and put everything back and rearrange the way I had it. I even told her when she was in the kitchen about it. She said, okay, and when she got done with the kitchen, she still did the same thing as of the net. She was good.

I told her about some items that I wanted her to give special attention to (the front of the toilets and a small glass shelf unit in the bathrooms) . I had to have her clean them again, She did notify me that she would be an hour and a half later (11:30 instead of 10 am) . However, she didn’t arrive until 12:30.
