WE would like to keep your service but request that the same cleaning person come each time which brings continuity and makes it easier and more efficient instead of starting from scratch each time and never having time to finish. We thought we had a 4 1/2 hour cleaning and she only came for 3 hours therefore our house wasn't completely cleaned. Dining room and kitchen floors were not cleaned and bathtubs in 2 washrooms were not either. We are requesting someone to comeback and finish what Amber couldn't thank you

Originally she had difficulty finding the entrance to our community so she arrived a little late but worked continuously throughout the day and was able to almost accomplish almost all of the desired tasks and cleaning. We ended up finishing everything in 5 hours instead of 7. My home was a disaster after thanksgiving and now I’m back to a clean home and one less of a huge stressor.
