Due to some scheduling conflicts the full time scheduled wasn't available but Joshua was extremely forthcoming and did an absolutely fantastic job in the time he was there, we're so grateful! Erika did a great job. The entire house looks clean and dust free and smells amazing. I wish she carried her own professional grade vaccum as my own vaccum is not very powerful in cleaning which is my whole purpose of getting a monthly cleaning done by a professional cleaner.

They did a good job! There was a couple of garbages that didn't get emptied and a pile o floor dirt that didn't get swept up and small pieces of floor dirt that didn't get picked up. Not a huge deal. the other cleaning was done well.

The team works very well, but they were missing a few things that should typically get done, like wiping around things on the kitchen counter instead of lifting them up and wiping behind and under; cleaning inside the microwave; door handles on the refrigerator. Maybe they were in a hurry, but things like this are visible and just need to be done everytime.

Once again, Erika has made our home 'warm' and inviting! I am sitting here, tonight, so grateful for the clean and calm feeling of a 'Erika-done' home! Sometimes it is hard to 'relax', knowing so much needs to be done .... but she manages to make it all 'fresh'... and that comforts me! I love and appreciate Erika.
