I only asked to get my floor cleaned and she cleaned it so well and she actually took her time cleaning it

she was very fast and efficient my mom said she did a fantastic job and was very thorough I will be requesting her again

Dylan was on time and worked very efficiently and everything was great. He was very polite and professional. I’m definitely requesting him again.

For 5.5 hours we expected the fridge to be cleaned. Maybe there was a miscommunication in organized vs cleaned.

Tracie was great. she's very thorough and she is very personable and I enjoyed talking with her. she is a dog person so that was a big plus. I look forward to having her here next time.

She did a good job getting done what we wanted done but maybe not up to the level of speed, detail and thoroughness that would take the job to 5 stars. She was pleasant and got straight to work. I had a fantastic experience with Kayla (karyn) from Homeaglow! I’m in the process of downsizing, so there was quite a bit of clutter, but she was incredibly understanding and non-judgmental. She helped with folding clothes, organizing, and a variety of tasks. Her positive attitude and flexibility really made a big difference in getting my space under control. I’d highly recommend her

She was on time and friendly. My floors should be cleaner. There was little stains and some lint left behind, but I’m not docking any stars for her service. I should have communicated that to her and maybe have her use my cleaning products instead. Overall I am quite satisfied
