Yuri is amazing. She's one of the VERY FEW people who have come into my home that our finicky cat hasn't hissed and swatted at, which is a bonus for everybody. home is clean, she worked like a horse getting more done in 4 hours than I could in 8.

very good. just missed one minor detail and that was the Chrome in the bathroom, did have to ask for the microwave to be cleaned and that was not a problem.
