Out of 3 she was THE best cleaner everything was done I didn’t have to go behind her to clean anything what I left on the floor was swept up so I know she was on her job. She was very punctual great manners she came and got the job done. I regret due to the last cleaner I cut down my hours but if I’m lucky to get her again I’ll increase it so I can get other things done. Ashley’s a keeper!

Excellent. If you have concerns about products and surface, Vanessa is very attentive. It helps as we have tile and travertine floors. She is careful not to mix the products on the floors.

A couple of weeks ago, I had a whole team come in and clean our new house. Needless to say, they were awful, and I needed to hire a second cleaner. That's where Monica came in. She hit all the sweet spots and some extra nasty bits left by the previous owner. I am so grateful that I found her. She was friendly and thorough in her work. I couldn't have asked for more.

She was really nice but showed up a little over an hour late and she was pretty thorough but could have spent a little more time in the master bath. The toilets were cleaned beautifully but there was still soap scum on the shower door of the master bath and still dirty in some areas.

I guess my expectation was greater than reality. I was scheduled for 6 hrs and received less than 5hrs. This would have been all well and good if the doors and cabinets in the kitchen were addressed. Baseboards were untouched, which I will take some of the responsibility for not leaving an areas of concern list.
