Nadezda did an awesome job. I work from home she was very considerate of noise while vacuuming it was easy for me to leave my office so she could vacuum. I will definitely request her again the house smells so clean and fresh

Overall I am satisfied. However, there were a few places that were not dusted. Also, the bathroom floor was not mopped which was very disappointing as the bathrooms were the most important areas to be cleaned.

She organizes my things in a way that they won't get lost and she leaves my home smelling beautifully when she leaves. Cleaner was good. Carol-Ann is an easy-going person and great work. Im not in love with the app service since it's not reliable with many hidden fees after their clickbait. But nothing to do with the cleaner.

She did well with cleaning the bathrooms, but she didn't clean the floor of the rest of the house properly. The floors got sticky and dirty after the cleaning.

I tipped her in cash but will do it this way next time. It was only 3 hours. If I’m going to be charged for 4 then I would like her to do a thorough job on the kitchen. Thanks
