Rhonda did a fabulous job deep cleaning my kitchen. None of my toilets or bathrooms were addressed. I did ask for focus in the kitchen, but don’t think I should have to clean my 2 toilets.

Brenda is a good cleaner & most receptive to instruction or requests. Possibly because of her style of cleaning she could use more time to clean everything. My problem is I can't afford it, but I do feel like the house is mainly clean when she leaves.

On time, very sweet, house looks great! Only feedback is to get more comfortable moving things to clean around and under (pulling out kitchen gadgets, chairs, dog crates ect) Overall very happy!

Brenda arrived at 10:00 am. She should have finished at 1:00 pm. She later called me and said she had to work an extra hour and would approve it, and I said yes. The total then should have been 4 hours, why and I being charged for 5 hours?

Her cleaning was good but language difficulty resulted in some things not getting done when she had extra time. I paid for more time than she was here. Misunderstanding.
