Lucinda did an excellent job in cleaning our apartment for move out. However, she did leave an entire bag of trash in the apartment after we had moved everything out. She did not ask us if there was somewhere to place the trash or communicate that she needed a place to put the trash. Other than that she did a wonderful job.

This was my second cleaning with Giovanny. He brings his own products and cleaning equipment . When I asked him to use my product for the refrigerator, he did it very well with a smile. He is very proud of his work as he should be. My house smells so clean.
