I cannot express how fantastic Ray Shania is. Is she literally scrub the floors three times and even got down and scraped with a razor blade stuff that wouldn't come up. I absolutely would give her 10 Stars if I could

Teresa did an exceptional job. But I don't need her for 6hrs since there is an extra charge for cleaning the oven, refrigerator or the the cabinets. I can't afford the extra charges and the flat rate too. Thank you.

I really appreciate her notifying me that I had a problem so that I could send my handyman in to take care of it. I also appreciate that Kerri asked me where my AA batteries were and she would have replaced them for me (if I had any in my condo).

I like that Shanda communicates to understand what needs to be done. She also works on her own, not hesitant in what needs to be done.

Very good cleaning. Thorough job on my house. Only complaint; I ordereda 2 hour appointment & was charged for 2.75. Applying for adjustment/refund now.

Second time booking Frances. She did a wonder job once again. We had scheduling conflict due to work and needed to reschedule a day prior to the appointment. Frances was still able to come out the following day of the original appointment, I am thankful for that!

Cynthia was on time, friendly and considerate. She listened to my requests and needs. She was careful with our household belongings. I would hire her again easily.

Because of a problem with my gate, she was unable to get into my community at the scheduled time, but she agreed to come back at a later time after I had it resolved. Plus, the cleaning service was the best I have ever seen. And she went above and beyond to make sure she did everything I had asked for and was satisfied. I would recommend her.
