Forgot to take trash out…these are basic things and we should not have to explicitly point these things out. Going forward, please always (1) clean and mop balcony and balcony furniture; take trash out and dispose down the trash chute in the hallway.

Robert went above and beyond with his cleaning ability and did a fantastic job. I was so happy he accepted this cleaning job when the other canceled on me last minute but here comes ROBERT to the cleaning rescue with his OCD putting him to work. Yulian advised me that she only takes jobs of at least 4 hours . Although she did a very good job, my small condo only needs 2-3 hours.

Much better than the other people I have tried on here only thing I noticed was the kitchen countertops that needed a wipe down but over all great job.
