Kerri notified me that my batteries in my thermostat had dies and my air conditioning unit was turned off. I really appreciate her notifying me that I had a problem so that I could send my handyman in to take care of it. I also appreciate that Kerri asked me where my AA batteries were and she would have replaced them for me (if I had any in my condo).

John was amazing! He communicated throughout the entire process and was extremely thorough! There was a lot of work to be done and he exceeded my expectations! I will definitely look forward to him coming back and making my home sparkling clean! Thank you so much!

Mathieu is the man!!! My house was a nightmare today, as I am injured and unable to do much of anything. He worked super hard, stayed beyond the initial time that I booked in order to get the job done, and the house looks and smells great. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!!!

She was good - perhaps a little too thorough in some areas and not intense enough in others. To be fair, I had to put some time pressure on her because of an unexpected conflict which arose.

Very good cleaning. Thorough job on my house. Only complaint; I ordereda 2 hour appointment & was charged for 2.75. Applying for adjustment/refund now.

Quest showed up an hour early, but that was absolutely ok. She worked very hard the entire time she was here and everything looks good. I appreciate her efforts to make my home look beautiful.

Second time booking Frances. She did a wonder job once again. We had scheduling conflict due to work and needed to reschedule a day prior to the appointment. Frances was still able to come out the following day of the original appointment, I am thankful for that!

Fatu is amazing. She is always on time, considerate and hard working. Not to mention so kind!!! She is responsive which is fantastic. She clearly demonstrates everything you’d look for in a house cleaner. I’d recommend her to friends and family to use!! This is now my 3-4th time using Fatu’s services. After repeatedly demonstrating amazing services it’s about time I share with all!

Cynthia was on time, friendly and considerate. She listened to my requests and needs. She was careful with our household belongings. I would hire her again easily.

Because of a problem with my gate, she was unable to get into my community at the scheduled time, but she agreed to come back at a later time after I had it resolved. Plus, the cleaning service was the best I have ever seen. And she went above and beyond to make sure she did everything I had asked for and was satisfied. I would recommend her.

Arrived on time, made sure to check with me on what I wanted to have done, and had me look to make sure everything was to my liking after finishing a room. I LOVE HER. She even organized my daughter's closet, I couldn’t even ask for someone better in my dreams. Truly the best.

Alyssa was just fine. I paid her in cash, and the tip was handed to her in cash. I found her and her mom friendly and lovely people. I have to get used to her way and she mine. I feel we can come to together and have an amicable working relationship. in agreement with the cleaning.
