Outside furniture was not wiped down. There were some wine stains on the end table that were not cleaned. The toilet in the guest bath also was not as clean as I would have liked.

Bathroom that was done was done well, however notes say that the bathrooms are most important and a bedroom and living room was done while the other bathroom was not

Deanna is the best cleaner we have ever had. She does a phenomenal job every time she comes. She is meticulous and cleans blinds, trim work and ceiling fans as well as floors and typical cleaning items. We are on an every two week cleaning schedule with her and are very happy.

Cynthia does a very good job. Just wish she could finish on time. I wasn’t able to get both bathrooms done because we ran out of time. I never include the bedrooms in hopes of getting the rest done. Next time I’ll exclude the kitchen so the bathrooms will get cleaned. Otherwise Cynthia is welcome back☺️ I tip in cash.

I had purchased Pooph to eliminate all smells on my floors, & she went above , beyond what I asked for by doing all the flooring mounding, even went above that by doing lower walls. I am disabled to certain point & simply couldn’t do what she did, certainly to extent Patricia did. Highly recommend her.

Marcley gets an A+ on attitude. He’s willing to do anything I ask, anyway I want. I enjoy conversing with him. He is also always happy, smiling. Oh and he does a great job too! My home is shining. I’m lucky to have him.

Laquesha did everything we expected and more. It takes time to know a house and its occupants, but she was able to work through the house and spend a little time with its people. For both of us to be pleased is a hard thing for any person, but we are both very happy with the work and personal interaction which is why we would like her to visit us again.

This woman goes above and beyond! Someone complained about her doing dishes??? She does any dishes left in my sink before she disinfects that sink. She scuba my bathroom better tha a hospital cleaner and hangs up any clothes left in the laundry area. I am on a motorized chair and she has added value to my life!

Rachael did communicate. She was helpful for an hour because she came in and our garage door was off the hindge and she was very helpful and led her to be behind with the cleaning. We appreciated her for helping while we were not home. With the overall cleaning it was pretty average. There were parts of the bathroom that were not as clean I wanted them to be.
