Lucinda did an excellent job in cleaning our apartment for move out. However, she did leave an entire bag of trash in the apartment after we had moved everything out. She did not ask us if there was somewhere to place the trash or communicate that she needed a place to put the trash. Other than that she did a wonderful job.

Cleaned the stuff well . But not willing to work on other areas since I did not mention in the comments and also left few areas in the kitchen shelves. Left 45 early then the allotted 3 hours.

Great husband and wife team and they were extremely diligent with all bathrooms and common areas.. even got to our windows in the short period they were here! The mop left a slight odor after, but everything else was PERFECTION!

Ashley was very kind and willing to help. She seemed very trustworthy, which is important to us. She was sweet with our dog too. She even cleaned our baseboards, which I really appreciated. There were a few things (like changing sheets on beds) that I'm sure she would have done if we had specifically asked. We would definitely have Ashley over again.
