Francesca did a great job cleaning the floors , bathrooms. and kitchen. She was self motivated and friendly and got to work right away. I asked her to prioritize certain areas and she did just that. I would recommend her!

Forgot to take trash out…these are basic things and we should not have to explicitly point these things out. Going forward, please always (1) clean and mop balcony and balcony furniture; take trash out and dispose down the trash chute in the hallway.

Kendra is great at what she does. She comes in and gets a clear understanding of what it is that you want. And then she takes care of you. She is detailed oriented. She thoroughly cleans and she cleans up after herself. If you want a lick and promise cleaning, do not call Kendra. If you want an independent, thorough cleaning, call Kendra as she aims to please.

Because of a problem with my gate, she was unable to get into my community at the scheduled time, but she agreed to come back at a later time after I had it resolved. Plus, the cleaning service was the best I have ever seen. And she went above and beyond to make sure she did everything I had asked for and was satisfied. I would recommend her.
