Cleaning was good, the only reason I took off a star is because there was still some hair left on my master bathroom floor & they broke one of my blinds in half by accident but other then that it was good.

Showed up on time and with all of her own cleaning supplies. Was very friendly an efficient. Will definitely book her again.

She was friendly but I still had dust on my baseboards in my living room which was one of my largest concerns for this clean. It was near the fireplace behind the baby swing. I specifically left it there to make sure it was taken care of because my biweekly cleaner did not handle it either.

Mandi arrived on time, and focused on the areas I requested. She was able to compete a Jack and Jill restroom, master shower and tub - no glass, and most of our floors. Floors are vinyl plank and tile. She completed almost everything in the scheduled 4 hrs.

Who ever does your Logistics scheduling needs to be aware of the travel patterns in DFW at different times of the day. When it might be 30 minutes it could be over an hour when traffic exceeds later in the day. This puts undue stress on the cleaner as well as the customer.
