I left during the entirety of my appointment. she was very sweet and asked if there was anything else she could do before she left. I knew she didn’t clean my showers but I ask them to be cleaned ahead of time so I didn’t ask her to do it again when the option was brought up to me. I noticed she didn’t vacuum my bathrooms. she was great with my dog & came with a quite a few supplies.

Somehow the date was changed to Monday 9/11. As every Monday I have medical appointments there is NO way I would have changed.I do not need the stress. It's over. I tipped in cash as it was not Carmen's fault .
