Yeny was great - very thorough which I really appreciate (moved things around to clean under/behind, etc.)! I had put that I wanted the inside of the oven cleaned and I’m not sure that was gotten to or not, but not the biggest deal. Would love to work with her again!

Gisselle cleaned very well working hard every minute she was here. she made a point to ask how I wanted things done. Gisselle is pleasant and professional.

Gave her cash for a tip. Wasn’t very pleased with her cleaning. She didn’t remove the toilet brush holder to vacuum behind, there was still debris left in the kitchen sink strainer, lots of dust still everywhere, and she didn’t clean for 3 hours. She was friendly and seemed trustworthy though

She had trouble understanding English she also had to use our vacuum and our swifter our floors are a special hardwood and had to tell her they cannot be wet mopped my husband was able to fix our stiffer but she broke the liquid that went in there so have to buy another one she did a good job though other then that I just wish she understood me better
