Shanna did an excellent job on a 6 hour deep cleaning of my home. She was very responsive, respectful, and courteous. I would highly recommend Shanna.

Prompt. Thorough. She texted when she arrived and again when she left letting me know she locked up. Also texted if she had any questions. Had Jennifer do some deep cleaning. My windows look great! Baseboards look like new. Will have her return soon to get my upstairs deep cleaned.

Time management, punctuality, communication and of course cleaning skills were all way better then expected. She responded fast, she kept in touch with arrival time and showed up when she said she would. We talked a little at first about what needs to be done and showed her around the house. Jordan is a great and thorough cleaner. Very quiet and efficient. If you can work with her schedule she’ll do you a great job. She likes to start late but she isn’t leaving til the job is done! I was pleased with her skills but sleepy when she left in the wee hours. If you’re open to it, she’ll fix you right up!
