they did a fantastic job very happy however, I got four hours, but one of those hours was supposed to be comped because your first girl didn’t do what she was supposed to do so I was only supposed to be paying for three hours not four if you could please look into that and fix that it would be great

I had a 8:30 appointment. She came at 11 and left at 12:40. I was charged 4 hours. She did have a helper with her. It started to storm and my electricity went out. I selected for my baseboards to be cleaned. They were not done.

Not sure what we’d do without Deanna. My wife and I unfortunately drown in our work and we used to spend our 1 day off/week together cleaning the house.
