she was nice but I was expecting her to clean my three bedroom two bath home and in 4 1/2 hours she only cleaned the open concept of living and dining room room in the kitchen and one small bath. She never got to our three bedrooms or a large bath, so this would not work for me in the future.

my Cleaner Nathaly great customer service. Her communication is great. She does not take work criticism hard if it was things that I wanted her to do. She was very polite and kind. Sophia was AMAZING!! She was super communicative, and showed up when she said she would. Adding a cherry on top, even with my power being out due to conditions outside of our control, she still came and rocked it. Gave her cash for a tip. Wasn’t very pleased with her cleaning. She didn’t remove the toilet brush holder to vacuum behind, there was still debris left in the kitchen sink strainer, lots of dust still everywhere, and she didn’t clean for 3 hours. She was friendly and seemed trustworthy though
