They did a good job. They arrived at 10:30 and left at 12:00 times 2 cleaner is only 3 hours. Why was I charged for 5 hours

The rooms they cleaned are great, but they didn’t get to the baseboards, one bedroom and 2 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, laundry room and pantry. They were here for 3 hours and 15 minutes - 2 cleaners.

Ashley was on time and cleaned our home exactly as we anticipated. We couldn't have asked for more. We highly recommend her.

Ashley was amazing!! By far the best cleaner we ever had through Homeaglo. I don't want anyone else to clean my house from now on. She went way above and beyond. She even cleaned the master bath that no other cleaner ever touched. It was real dirty, I'm not going to lie. I wish I could leave more stars!!

Great job on making this place feel refreshing for my move in. Made the windows sparkle but I should've told her to clean the interior of the windows when you raise them up (there was old debris/dirt) after we inspected and also a few shoe marks residue from floor not being completely dry before finishing job. Overall highly recommend cleaner who is prompt with a kind attitude.

Callie did an incredible job! When she arrived we walked through the items I wanted done and she went straight to work. Nothing was left undone and she even took care of a few thungs I didnt point out. Callie is very personable and thorough. If you want the job done right, with great attention to detail, Callie is who you want!!

bathrooms were doing beautifully, floors swept and mopped, dusting was disappointing, main reason for having them here was to dust everything, ceiling fans were not touched and only part of the shelves were dusted and then only partly done.

Abby & Kenzie did a great job! They reviewed the notes with me to make sure they focused on what I needed. They were not friendly and very sweet and was very comfortable working from home while they were here. House smells great. Would definitely use them again.

Tamara was amazing! She didn't judge the mess and was very friendly; we chatted about a few things and I felt at ease having her in my home.

Gracie found my wedding ring, she is a literal superhero. Also I'm a nutcase tech entrepreneur and my house was in shambles. She fixed that. Gracie deserves a raise. Like, immediately.

I Had a cleaner that didn’t show up. I contacted Elizabeth to see if I could add to services to her appointment with me in a couple weeks. She responded in a timely manner and offer to come that day to and work late to clean my home. She is professional, kind and had my home looking amazing! I will be using Elizabeth more I the future.

Elizabeth did a fabulous job. She was kind and polite. It’s the first time we have had someone come clean our house and she made us feel safe and felt no judgement from her. My partner and I were able to just hang around and not feel uncomfortable. She also left some soaps, some rags and cute little card. Highly recommend!

As usual Tiffany was great . She comes every two weeks. This week I injured myself and went straight to bed. she worked around my disabled husband . When I got up she was done and I had a clean house.

Callie was wonderful! She did not judge me. She gave me helpful things to do. My house was a mess and overwhelming. She told me we are going to tackle this together. I would and want to use her again.

She left the dishes undone and failed to take the dirty dish rags to put with the other laundry. She confused a cleaning product called sal suds with dish detergent. She didn't make the bed even though the linens were clean. If she had any doubt about these things, she could have asked. Everything else was done fine

The clean was okay this last time. Definitely not the standard we usually have. But she was nice and friendly.

Love her! She got things off that I’d been trying to remove. She even got a stain off my favorite tea cup. Due to weather she had to leave bf she mopped but she returned the very next day to complete the task. I recommend her!

I cannot remember the name of the nice lady that cleaned my house today. She was very professional and courteous. The house was dirtier than I realized, and all could not be removed. My house will have to be cleaned again real soon to remove more of the dirt. I will either do it myself or schedule another cleaning.
