The absolute best experience I've ever had. at 1st i was ashamed how messy i had let my house get but Bri made me feel so comfortable and it felt just like being home with family. No one is allowed to clean my house from now on except her!!

My cleaner's name was Gina. She was young, slow, and methodical. I was pleased with her work, but she seemed not to have a lot of confidence that she was doing things right. I would have her back. I tipped her directly. I don't see her name below as an option.

Hi,You did not clean the oven for which I paid for an additional hour. You cleaned the microwave instead which was not necessary and that's not a feature of one additional hour cleaning. Please let me know if you can issue a refund or you can clean the oven.
