I wasn’t specific about what cleaning supplies to bring so while she did have a broom and cleaning products unfortunately she didn’t have a vacuum or mop with her to do the vinyl floors properly which was a bit disappointing since the floors needed the most work. However, she was very nice and lovely to have in our home.

Overall I was satisfied; however, the space needing cleaning was small (1k sqft) and major cleaning was missed relative to 4 hours of cleaning. Not a big deal for me but, a different person showed up to clean, it would have been better practice to let me know who I could expect. Again overall satisfactory service but not top tier.
