Kayla done ok. But I prefer Cassandra or Shana. Realized that my master bath shower was not cleaned and the bathroom door was not cleaned behind it. Not a good vacuum job in living room either.

She shows up and does a pretty detailed job seeing as she is working alone! She gets done , doesn’t take long. My only observation is mirror cleaning they had bad streaking.

After doing the downstairs floors she asked if there was anything else, I had to tell her to dust and wipe down the kitchen counters. These things seem like natural parts of cleaning a house.

I was SO grateful for Joyella's help on a Sunday after some frustrations with scheduling over 3 days. My appointment got changed and then cancelled and I had a baby shower coming up. She stepped in on short notice and I barely had to guide her at all (I was busy setting up for the shower). She had to work around family that was helping me and was so lovely to us.
