Most through cleaning I’ve ever had since using Homeaglow. She organized the dressers without being asked and paid attention to little things that others have missed. I will be requesting her again and wish I had found her sooner.

Cleaner had good service however missed a few things to clean that we found. Overall cleaner was nice and very prompt.

Jayonie did an excellent job. We worked well together.She was very accommodating as I’ve been behind on my cleaning due to mobility challenges. I was a bit embarrassed because of my dilemma but she was very pleasant which set me at ease very quickly.

I had six loads of laundry that would have taken me weeks to fold, but she managed to fold and neatly stack them all in about an hour. Her efficiency is truly impressive!

Michael was friendly, very chatty, and thorough. He got all my priorities done and then some. After the cleaning I did discover that he’d used one of my good hand towels as a cleaning rag and one of my coffee cups had been chipped and cracked. Overall, he did a great job but could use a gentler touch when doing the dishes.

Napieria was unable to attend the cleaning but one of her employees did. The individual did a good job and would be invited to return again to clean. However, the HomeAGlow system charged us double for this cleaning. Currently attempting to be refunded the overcharged amount.

House was mostly clean just needed extra help with bathrooms and things I can’t do. Takes more time than expected on things that shouldn’t take but 20 mins.
