As an independent contractor, services are billed hourly rather than by task. Every home is unique, and some projects may require multiple visits. To make the best use of your booked time, please communicate your priority areas before or at the beginning of your appointment, or include them in your booking notes. I’m not a mind reader, so I can only complete the areas and tasks you’ve instructed me to focus on. Customer satisfaction is important to me. I take customer service seriously and encourage open communication throughout your appointment. If you have any concerns, please let me know during the service whenever possible so I have the opportunity to address them and make things right. I value honest, direct communication. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, I kindly ask that you contact me first before escalating concerns to the company. My family owned and operated one of Central Oregon's largest vacation rental companies so I literally grew up in the business of taking care of other people's homes to exceed quality standards of inspections. I am professional trained in healthcare and laboratory infection control, safe and effective sanitization, disinfection and sterilization practices. I use least abrasive methods to deep clean your space and know not to mix hot water with bleach because .... Cold water is required to mix with chlorine bleach.
