As an independent contractor, services are billed hourly rather than by task. Every home is unique, and some projects may require multiple visits. To make the best use of your booked time, please communicate your priority areas before or at the beginning of your appointment, or include them in your booking notes. I’m not a mind reader, so I can only complete the areas and tasks you’ve instructed me to focus on. Customer satisfaction is important to me. I take customer service seriously and encourage open communication throughout your appointment. If you have any concerns, please let me know during the service whenever possible so I have the opportunity to address them and make things right. I value honest, direct communication. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, I kindly ask that you contact me first before escalating concerns to the company. Most issues can be resolved quickly through a conversation, and I appreciate the opportunity to make things right whenever possible. Travel, supplies, and gas are part of my business, so honoring booked hours and communicating schedule changes in advance is greatly appreciated.
