as usual Christie continues to clean my floors very well. I’m very satisfied. I don’t have to oversee her. she knows what to do and gets right at it. she gets along well with my dogs who like to supervise until I take them upstairs. I like to tip her myself.

She did not hear her alarm go off. She was late in arriving. She worked from 10:45 to 2:15. Which is 3 1/2 hours. I paid for four hours. I would like a refund since she only worked 3 1/2 hours . I thank you.
