To make the best use of your booked time, please communicate your priority areas before or at the beginning of your appointment, or include them in your booking notes. I’m not a mind reader, so I can only complete the areas and tasks you’ve instructed me to focus on. Customer satisfaction is important to me. I take customer service seriously and encourage open communication throughout your appointment. My family owned and operated one of Central Oregon's largest vacation rental companies so I literally grew up in the business of taking care of other people's homes to exceed quality standards of inspections. I am professional trained in healthcare and laboratory infection control, safe and effective sanitization, disinfection and sterilization practices. I use least abrasive methods to deep clean your space and know not to mix hot water with bleach because .... Cold water is required to mix with chlorine bleach.
