Jaclynne did a great job, I appreciate when someone takes some creative initiative, highly recommend, I’ve had a lot of housekeepers from here and she performed among the top few, laundry and tidying are my main focuses, she nailed it..

I had a great experience with Else. She was thorough and paid close attention to detail, making sure everything was spotless. She managed her time efficiently, working hard from start to finish without missing a beat. On top of that, she was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality cleaning services.

Danielle was just shy of the contracted three hours, perhaps petty on my part, but the small bedroom's carpet doesn't appear to have been vacuumed and the window blinds are still grimy. The rest of her work was good.

Wonderful house keeper! Did an excellent job and was very mindful working around the residents in the home! Can’t wait to have her back!

Company communication should have been much much better. Brad, the Sales Rep did not follow up nor respond to our inquires after the contract started. A lack of clarity regarding what would be done but was not done. We would appreciate a response! The issue was not with Kimberly!! The issues are with the company.

Just came home last night and the house was very clean. However, I see that the bedroom furnitures were not dusted at all and I still can see the dust build up while I was gone. My house was cleaner than it's been in a very long time after Angela left. She cleaned the inside of my vacuum, vacuumed under the bed and under couches and got all the dog hair off of my couches. Most thorough cleaner I've had.

Sky cleaned under my king size bed! I've never had a cleaner who's been so self motivated and did more than expected!

I was hoping she would arrive closer to 8:00 because I had another appointment at 11:30. So she was only able to clean for 1 hour and 40 minutes. She did quite a lot of cleaning in that short amount of time and everything she did was great.

Skylinndid a pretty good job. She was punctual, although she was to be here for 3 hrs. Left after 2:45 mins. stating she was done. Spent 2 hrs. Cleaning a bathroom, dusting and vacuuming a bedroom. I had detailed instructions. I would have appreciated that 15 min to truly finish job, that 15 min would have helped a lot. She is a sweet girl and good worker.

Nicole and her team did an amazing job. My house wasn't even nearly this clean when I moved in. I cannot recommend them enough.

Brandee is an excellent cleaner who likes to get the details done. She doesn't skip over any work. The place is sparkling when she is done. You may want to add a bit of extra time for deep cleaning. I would highly recommend her. She knows her products and is very pleasant.

We have tried other cleaners in the past and just never stuck with it. I feel Brandee gets our vibe and is really task oriented so that makes us feel like a partnership with a regular schedule could really happen...so awesome!

My house looked like the first day I walked into it when I was looking to rent it. It is absolutely spotlessly clean, and smells glorious.

Tina Marie was very friendly. She is very detailed with her cleaning. She just came back from medical leave and said she is not 100%. She did do a good job on what she cleaned. When she is fully recovered, she will be amazing.

I didn't like being chastised by your system breaking in on Tuesday's cleaner trying to reschedule with me. It felt punitive. I don't care what your rules are. It was plainly rude to me and demeaning to your employee. I get angry thinking about it.
