This was our first time using any cleaning service and overall I would give her a big 9/10 for general cleaning. She was very thorough in most areas and only a couple things missed. With how cluttered our house was, I think she did amazing for the full six hours.

Stephen did an excellent job cleaning today, My oven looks brand new however he did use a very hard bristle on my refrigerator and it is all scratched up. I am not going to give him a poor rating as I think I can get it fixed.

We chatted a bit before she got started and I chilled in my room with my sleeping 1 year old while she got to work! once she was done, I came out of my room to see my freshly vacuumed floors, mopped kitchen floor, clean stove top, clean bathroom, and she cleaned my cat tray! Hollie did an amazing job. My house was extra messy since it has been since the holidays that she came over but she did a wonderful job putting things back in ship shape.

I only wanted 4 hours. She stayed 5 and charged me for it. what she did do was good. she may have stayed longer because I said “if” you have extra time, do the baseboards. I looked all around the house and they were not done. my house in a normal day is pretty darn clean. should not take more than 2ish hours tops. so 4 hours is generous.
