This was our first time using any cleaning service and overall I would give her a big 9/10 for general cleaning. She was very thorough in most areas and only a couple things missed. With how cluttered our house was, I think she did amazing for the full six hours.

We chatted a bit before she got started and I chilled in my room with my sleeping 1 year old while she got to work! once she was done, I came out of my room to see my freshly vacuumed floors, mopped kitchen floor, clean stove top, clean bathroom, and she cleaned my cat tray! I only wanted 4 hours. She stayed 5 and charged me for it. what she did do was good. she may have stayed longer because I said “if” you have extra time, do the baseboards. I looked all around the house and they were not done. my house in a normal day is pretty darn clean. should not take more than 2ish hours tops. so 4 hours is generous.

Melvina was a pleasure to work with. Her cleaning was much faster than our previous appointments and thus slightly less detailed or thorough than we experienced with Stephanie. She also didn't come with the same supplies but we were able to provide everything she needed (additional paper towel, broom & vacuum). Overall, we were still happy with the experience.
