For her first visit with me she, she was very professional and thorough. I only wanted my bathrooms and kitchen deep ckeaned and she did just that. She came prepared and asked questions. everyone has an off day. I’ve been really satisfied with her cleaning before, but on this trip she missed a few things. one as simple as a kitchen countertop that wasn’t cleaned. she also has been using my stuff to clean and I was under the impression cleaners use their own cleaning products.
