Autumn is amazing!! I recently increased to full time hours and I have been so tired that cleaning just kind of stalled. She came in, took a quick tour and got right to work. She dusted, vacuumed, mopped, swept, scrubbed, and polished - and my house looks amazing!! She even hand washed my favorite mug for me. Definitely a 5-star clean!

One of the best cleaning experiences. Lucas went above and beyond -- he even shoveled my driveway, which was a huge help for a tropical transplant like me in this bitter cold. She did a very good job. She was friendly and did everything I asked. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is it was scheduled for 11am, she was running behind and pushed it to noon. Then still was 5 minutes late. Once she arrived she did get right to work and did the full 3 hours. I would want her back in the future and if she is on time I would then say 5 stars.
