Scheduled originally for 1PM - somehow Homeaglow moves it to 11:30AM - Shirley accepted the original time of 1PM. Apparently there was some miscommunication as she started around 1:15PM and left before 4PM when I had scheduled a 3.5 hour cleaning. Hopefully she moves it to a 2.5 hour cleaning instead. She seems like a hard worker and did a fairly good job.

I was very disappointed with Shanika when I found out she was padding her hours. She charged me for 3 hrs and she was only here for 1 and a half hrs. The next time she charged me for 3 hrs but she was only here for 2 hrs. I had 3 brand new containers of Lysol wipes and when she left 2 of them were missing. I did ask her these incidents with no response back

Ayotunde takes pride in her work and asked me what I wanted to accomplish in the time allotted. She continued to communicate with me throughout the appointment, but I feel she could’ve worked more quickly.

Very personable, but a little unorganized. She may have been distracted or anxious when leaving and couldnt find her phone. She went back into my house,and picked up a phone and got into her car and immediately drove away. I was going to rate her but could not find my phone. I had had the phone in my hand at 3:00 to check my messages. She left at 4:00 .
