Rennell was very methodical in cleaning my kitchen. Seeming slow as she used my 4 hrs. there, but it was really dirty. My Fridge, Stove, Microwave and Countertops now look New. Karla was very nice, her cleaning is very detailed. We didn’t know what to expect. This cleaning was a gift from a friend that’s uses Homeaglow regularly. Our friend told us to be very specific on what you want. So unfortunately we weren’t able to get all bathrooms, or the stairs cleaned in the 3 hours. But that’s okay because what she did complete was good, and it smelt really fresh & clean.

I was hesitant at first about using a cleaning service but at the end I was glad I did. Scheduled originally for 1PM - somehow Homeaglow moves it to 11:30AM - Shirley accepted the original time of 1PM. Apparently there was some miscommunication as she started around 1:15PM and left before 4PM when I had scheduled a 3.5 hour cleaning. Hopefully she moves it to a 2.5 hour cleaning instead. She seems like a hard worker and did a fairly good job.

I requested bathrooms, floors and dusting and that was completed. The cleaner used for the floors left blotches and did not look good. The shower door was not cleaned well either. Hopefully another cleaning product can be used along with more attention to the shower door.
