I had dropped food and other things in a few areas, and she made sure everything was cleaned up really well. For her first visit with me she, she was very professional and thorough. I only wanted my bathrooms and kitchen deep ckeaned and she did just that. She came prepared and asked questions. As with any new relationship we have to get to know each other and communication is key. I definitely want her to continue as my primary professional cleaner. My home is sparkling.

everyone has an off day. I’ve been really satisfied with her cleaning before, but on this trip she missed a few things. one as simple as a kitchen countertop that wasn’t cleaned. she also has been using my stuff to clean and I was under the impression cleaners use their own cleaning products.

Had Ms Lavette for the cleaning of my home when I came home I seen a few things that had been missed I reached out to her and she apologized and asked if she could do anything to make it right which was awesome of her to be able to rectify the situation I declined because I didn’t want her to have to come back out

Karla was very nice, her cleaning is very detailed. We didn’t know what to expect. This cleaning was a gift from a friend that’s uses Homeaglow regularly. Our friend told us to be very specific on what you want. So unfortunately we weren’t able to get all bathrooms, or the stairs cleaned in the 3 hours. But that’s okay because what she did complete was good, and it smelt really fresh & clean.
