Bliedy was such a pleasure to work with. Everything was such a mess and she tackled it cheerfully and professionally. Everything is beautiful and we are so grateful!

Cherish did an excellent job accomplishing the tasks that I asked of her. She was very kind and went out of her way to accommodate me when my power went out during the storm and I had to reschedule my appointment last minute. I am very happy with my experience working with her.

She was very kind and did a good job. There are areas for improvement, but overall I was very pleased with her work. Maybe I am being a little OCD, but when vacuuming, some of the kids toys weren't moved, just vacuumed around. The Ottoman wasn't moved either. My main priority was dusting the main floor and although it was dusted lightly, there was still some remnants left throughout the house.

I'm completely satisfied with her work. She brought her own supplies and was very thorough. Would definitely like her back.

mirror behind the hutch on floor was not dusted, nor was the vanity make up area in my bedroom washed down. she was over hour late, living room bookshelves were not dusted properly... dust on books still. rest of house kooks and smells great. oddly, she did not make my bed either. I left her a tip on counter.

it was mostly fine. I was working from home and she unplugged the WiFi which set me back about a half hour. she was also only here for 2.5 hours and I paid for 3. the kitchen sink was still dirty.

Ashley started working the moment she came through the door and did a great job. She had a positive attitude and was very thorough.

We had to go back over a few things I found on the kitchen floor that had been left by the sweeper. Also, the kitchen sink still had dirt and residue I had to clean out. Neil, however, was a polite young man.

She was prompt, professional and paid attention to details. She even gave ideas or rearranging items to give a more welcoming look.

i’m not sure why I was charged a expedited fee. When the original cleaner canceled my appointment. I should not be charged an additional priority fee. This app has been very difficult to schedule and sort of nailed down the appointments that are sent originally. Not sure if I wanna continue with the service.
