Maddy is super sweet and easy to work with. She cleans fast, but not too fast so that’s it’s half done. And my house smells clean when she leaves. Overall I am happy with her.

another great job. next time I would like her to vacuum the carpets in the bedrooms and the stairs going downstair.

I booked a 6 hour time frame. I didn’t expect to pay extra! When a precise time frame is proposed for a fixed amount that is what a person expects to pay! I would like the company, not Jamestrice to refund the extra money charged. Will you do that?

Brianna did pretty good, the only thing was when we arrived the floor was extremely wet. I had to remop in order to dry the floor. I will assume she didn't know how to use our mop correctly. Otherwise, she did good.

Ashley started working the moment she came through the door and did a great job. She had a positive attitude and was very thorough.

We had to go back over a few things I found on the kitchen floor that had been left by the sweeper. Also, the kitchen sink still had dirt and residue I had to clean out. Neil, however, was a polite young man.

She was prompt, professional and paid attention to details. She even gave ideas or rearranging items to give a more welcoming look.

i’m not sure why I was charged a expedited fee. When the original cleaner canceled my appointment. I should not be charged an additional priority fee. This app has been very difficult to schedule and sort of nailed down the appointments that are sent originally. Not sure if I wanna continue with the service.

this cleaner is also an uber-organizer! like Tetris-level... she re-positions content and redefines the space there is to work within. if you have a freezer that can't keep that one or two toe-breaking items from slipping out, I urge you to contact homeaglow and request Sarah during cleaning scheduling. She did a Nice job on my floors. She wasn’t able to finish cleaning my first floor. Powder room never got cleaned along with office and family room and laundry room. So I had to finish those rooms. Upstairs bathroom still had to pee on the bottom of them.
