Rutilio and his wife Veronica were great. It was my first time using the app and also my first time having a longer cleaning (7 hours). I wasn’t familiar with what was included and what was not, and they explained and switched a couple of things. Rutilio also did a great job in my closet. You should get Rutilio. You won’t regret it! They deserve great tips for the quality of work they do.

francisco is fabulous! his team rocks. 10/10 cleaning we LOVED his hard work!!! its totally not his fault Homeaglow is the WORST COMPANY AND CORPORATE OFFICE EVER AND OVERCHARGES EVERYONE NO MERCY FEES ON FEES ON FEES. remember the cleaners are getting a 35% penalty and no fees so definitely STOP using this horrible platform once you connect with your fav cleaners

She forgot to go in and clean my toilet area inside my master bathroom. Floor was still dirty. Did not dust my desk off. Did not move a chair or couch to clean under. Couch and chair are light and in the middle of the room. other wise she worked hard fir 6 hours,not the 6.5 I was promised.

She always comes on time and is very professional and respectful. The house shines after she comes and cleans it.

Romer came with his wife. They stayed nine hours and did a fantastic job, way more detail than I even imagined. The house is spotless. They are very friendly. I would definitely recommend. They do not speak English but using the app for translation worked. Thank you again for your fantastic work

She did a WONDERFUL job! Because she was familiar with our house, cleaning supplies and routine, she cleaned everything we asked AND cleaned around moms tv chair too!! We came up with a plan for 3 hours in 2 weeks, April 1.

I asked Takyais to help with a different cleaning project last week and this week. he cleaned the walls in my house and left the house walls as new! I have two small kids that have their graffiti in various rooms in the house. the house looks like it got a new paint! Takyais is just amazing!!!

there were certain things overlooked and not cleaned. I was also surprised when I was told that changing the beds was not included in dishes are extra. They did a decent job, however Seemed to work slow.

Good cleaning but showing up late takes away from the joy of it. Or always just communicate that u will be late or if ur not coming, its a good courtesy to let someone know this.

it was a good job but not sure why these cleaners are not able to bring their own vacuums, and at times others items like a mop so kitchen floor can be mopped which was not done.

Krystal did a nice job. She was pleasant to work with. I only needed my lower kitchen cupboards cleaned which she did, but didn't put everything back exactly properly, hence the 4 stars. I can't get down on the floor to rearrange, so that is a problem!
