She arranged to be here at 12 PM but didn't show up until 1:30 PM. Her vacume cleaner did not work and used ours. She arranged several in each room without first asking us.

Kelly and partner were on time, very friendly, worked hard and efficiently and the house was cleaned to my expectations.
