About Qi Man

Qi Man is originally from China and moved to San Francisco to be with her family and learn more about American culture. With years of commercial cleaning experience from China, Qi Man is able to both continue her cleaning career and also learn more about San Francisco and its culture through her clients. At the end of the day though, nothing matters more to her than her family. Between dropping her kids off at school and picking them up at the end of the day, Qi Man keeps herself busy working with Homeaglow. While a little shy, she has a heart of gold and wants nothing more than to make her own family and the families of her clients happy.

About Heather

Hi! My name is Heather. I have been cleaning residential homes & commercial properties for the past 22+ years & I love what I do. I specialize in move in/ move out & post construction clean ups. I have a lot of experience with air bnb cleaning, and have managed as many as 18 air bnb properties at one time. Also, excellent in general whole home cleanings as well as deep cleaning. I consider myself very professional & personable. I am honest, reliable, detail oriented,as well as excellent with communication. listening/ hearing what a customer has to say & what their specific needs are is the foundation for a successful business relationship. This is key to the getting customers to work with me again in the future. There are 3 main factors to providing a quality cleaning for any customer & those being : 1. Knowledge of chemicals & equipment & how to use them. 2. Always clean from top to bottom. 3. Anything we wet, we dry . I also have a few of my own little signature trade marks that you will notice in your home or office that will leave no question that I, indeed did do your cleaning 😊 I do ask that customers clear off surfaces, such as counters in bathroom and kitchen prior to my arrival. Also I Do NOT DO FULL sinks of dishes,or entire counters worth of dishes. If you have a few dishes in the sink I don't mind washing those for you from time to time. This just makes things much quicker and easier for me to clean properly. please take a minute to rate my work using the 1 thru 5 star rating 5 being the best and feel free to leave a review as well it helps the awesome, dependable, professional cleaners stand out above the rest. This will help ensure you get the QUALITY CLEANING you are looking for from a QUALITY CLEANER!!
