She was very clear with communication and very thorough with cleaning. Left our place completely spotless and went above and beyond in every aspect.

she did a good detailing job but within 3 hrs time she did only 2 bath rooms and vacuumed the floor.

Very communicative. Will let me know exactly when she is leaving and her ETA so I know when to expect her. If running behind a few minutes, she will take responsibility for it and let me know. I appreciate this.

I am confused by the different ladies who show up under the name “Sandra” and charging me different rates each time. I don’t like the changing charges per hour. This Sandra did a good job in two hours but did not clean the dust balls off the sidings in the hall way (we have a cat).

Gloria was punctual and pretty good with communication. although she doesn’t speak English, she was smart enough to use tools like Google Translate to communicate with us efficiently. She planned her 3 hours well and completed the cleaning tasks on time, and she did an excellent job! Highly recommend!

Andrea was great! she came in and spent perhaps 3 minutes. assessing, told me she had a game plan, that I was free to do me, and she'd work around me. She was thorough, practical and smart about how she spent her energy, pleasant to have in the house, and did a nice job!

Luz cleaned beautifully all what I asked, even she was mostly in the phone talking with someone all the time. She could have been even better if she could reduce time on the phone to focus on the work.

Thank you for the great quality in cleaning our three bathrooms and the kitchen. The work was very thorough. While there wasn't enough time to mop floor due to the time limit, I am very happy with the quality of the areas that were cleaned.

Chawntell was by far the most attentive, thorough, and fastest cleaner we have had. She did not just clean, she noticed details we usually overlook and went above and beyond, even reorganizing our son’s drawings and items on the fridge in a thoughtful, tidy way. The house felt noticeably more organized and cared for after she left.

Margarita was able to accommodate a last minute request and left everything stunningly clean! Great service provided and she’s a great personality to communicate with too

Bailey works hard, and she is very thorough. we are very happy with her work.

It was a great clean overall, but the floors weren’t quite rinsed and were sticky. Also- could you please use that lovely cleaner you used last time that smelled like apples? I love that one. This cleaner today was a bit strong and unpleasant.

The cleaning by Christian and colleague was really good, they left the place neat and clean but the price quoted and service took longer than 4 hrs/2 people (communicated during cleaning) for a 2 bed 2 bath house and we incurred extra cost. Hoping to get quicker service on the next cleaning.
